Partnerships
Authentic Film Review considers collaborations that help readers spend more attentive time with film and its surrounding culture. Every partnership must be clear to readers and separate from independent editorial judgment.
Possible collaborations
We consider clearly scoped work such as a film-club reading feature, an educational resource about screen storytelling, or a relevant cultural event listing. Proposals should explain the idea, intended audience, proposed contribution, and any payment, access, or other arrangement involved. We do not promise favourable coverage or editorial control in exchange for a partnership.
Partner placements
Relevant partner placements may appear in designated areas of the site, including a clearly marked partner-links box. Placement is subject to fit, reader usefulness, and transparent labelling. We do not accept placements that disguise advertising as independent criticism, mislead readers about a film, or rely on unsupported claims.
How to propose one
Use the Contact page and select the partnership option. Include the proposed subject, format, timing if relevant, and the nature of the relationship. We will consider the fit before discussing any arrangement; a proposal is not an acceptance.
A film is more than its plot
We look closely at the choices that make a film feel particular, while leaving room for readers to see it differently. Attention matters more here than a final verdict.
